... spending the night at home

I was really in pain and slow moving for a few days so I waited until I was home before calling for my DOT physical appointment. I was able to get one for tomorrow. Usually I wait until the last day before I get it renewed but I have a dentist appointment close to then and I don't won't to be worrying about that when I'm doing my DOT.

I need to be able to keep my blood pressure down. That has been my issue the last few years and last year they would only give me a six month card. They can only do that once ... and now they have done it.

My BP has been good at home every day for the last year so I am optimistic. Last year my BP had been over the limit about 25% at home but my Dr wouldn't do anything about it until I failed. They were worried I would pass out from low BP (?) I take my BP every day, Mine has never been to the low end of the range, let alone below.

Still trips on the load board we would take in MN, IA and WI. But I'm not making any plans for anything until I pass ... tomorrow.
